Methodology

How CloudSpeed handles broker data, rebates, spreads, net trading cost estimates, and broker scoring limits.

This methodology explains how CloudSpeed displays broker comparison data and what the numbers can and cannot mean.

Broker data

Broker facts are primarily handled from CloudSpeed's current broker data source and publicly available broker terms. Missing fields are not inferred.

Costs and rebates

Spreads, commissions, rebates, and estimated net trading costs are comparison fields. They may vary by entity, account type, instrument, region, volume, and campaign rules.

Regulation and accounts

Regulation, entities, platforms, deposits, withdrawals, leverage, and account types are shown for comparison. Users should verify the official broker entity and local eligibility.

Scoring system

Where a broker score appears, it is based on configured sub-scores such as regulation, cost, execution, transparency, tools, and risk model. Scores are comparison aids, not safety guarantees or recommendations.

Comparison results

Comparison pages organize available broker fields side by side. A lower estimated cost or higher rebate does not mean a broker is suitable for every trader.

Limitations

CloudSpeed does not claim to run live execution tests, slippage studies, rejection-rate tests, or account audits unless a page explicitly provides verifiable records.

Forex and CFD trading involve risk. Rebates, account terms, and availability may vary by broker, region, and regulation. Review the Risk Disclaimer before opening an account.
