Correction Policy
How users can report possible errors and how CloudSpeed reviews and corrects content.
CloudSpeed aims to correct material errors in broker information, rebate explanations, trading cost fields, and Guide content when reasonable evidence is available.
How to report an error
Use the contact option in the site footer or About page to report incorrect broker information, broken links, outdated terms, or unclear risk disclosures.
What may be corrected
We may correct factual errors, outdated broker terms, incorrect links, unclear disclosures, formatting issues, and mistakes in Guide frontmatter such as dates or source references.
How corrections are reflected
When relevant, updatedAt or lastReviewedAt fields are updated. Major corrections may include a correction note when configured.
Broker requests
CloudSpeed does not remove reasonable negative facts only because a broker or partner asks for them to be removed. Corrections should be based on evidence.
